A Brief Background of Pro Editing Service

Paulette Bethel began her editing career in 1980 as copy editor of 'Insights'. When asked about her editing experiences back in the 'dark ages', Paulette said, "it was a lot harder then. We had to do the physical layouts by hand using graph paper, typewriters, and tape."

Paulette is an editor, writer, proof-reader, and public speaker and has been doing this for over 25 years. She loves the English language and books. She is the author of numerous articles and currently writes several e-columns.

Paulette believes an editor needs to be able to write, should have an on-going love affair with the English language, and a sense of humor to carry one over the rough spots.
